New PLK (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and New PLK.

As part of the KYC verification process, New PLK may request a national ID, passport, or other valid document at any time. New PLK reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong password and never share it with anyone. New PLK will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account.

Before placing a bet on New PLK, please read the specific rules for each market carefully. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except in certain exceptional circumstances.

• Minimum bet amounts may vary across different markets.
• Maximum bet limits are determined by the market, event, and account type.
• If a match is cancelled, the bet will be voided and your stake will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment.
• New PLK reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Placing multiple bets on opposite outcomes of the same event (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.

If match fixing or any illegal activity is suspected, New PLK reserves the right to void the relevant bet and notify the appropriate authorities. In any dispute regarding Sportsbook outcomes, New PLK's decision is final.

New PLK supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh — including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and more. All deposits and withdrawals must be made through a payment method registered in your own name.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 BDT.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Large withdrawals will not be processed without completed KYC verification.
• If you have an active bonus, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements have been met.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on New PLK. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance:

• Arbitrage Betting: Placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee a profit.
• Bots or automation: Using automated software to place bets.
• Hacking or system manipulation: Exploiting any vulnerability on the platform.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to launder illegal funds.
• Match Fixing: Attempting to influence the outcome of any event.

New PLK reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of terms and conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Where fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or refusal to provide required documents.
• By order of a court or law enforcement authority.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending bets and account balance will be settled before closure, though any bonus balance will be cancelled.
